ESD-safe repacking of battery cells or battery modules on-site in your facility, following your pack instructions and in the takt of your production.
We repack, perform inbound checks (e.g., open-circuit voltage/OCV, visual inspection), sort, and handle targeted rework so parts arrive line-ready. No detours and no additional transport.

Important:
Transport and hazmat shipping are not in scope for this service model. We operate within your HSE and ESD rules (electrostatically protected areas/EPA) and document compliance in the report.

You do. We work strictly to your pack instruction, defect catalogue/limits, and takt. If you like, we can propose a lean gate (e.g., visual + OCV); you approve the final scope.
We use your carriers (e.g., VDA KLT, special load carriers, line trays) and follow your labeling standard (e.g., Odette, serial/DMC). If needed, we support pack planning — the decision is yours.
By default, we provide digital reports (CSV/Excel) with stable field names and unique IDs (bin/tray/lot). For higher volumes, we can use a lightweight interface (API/EDI) per your requirements.
We work only with released versions, record revision/date in the work instruction, and note the go-live in the report. Legacy stock is marked and phased out in a controlled way — per your plan.
Not us in this service model. We work on-site in your facilities under your HSE/ESD rules. External transport and ADR/UN 38.3 documentation remain with you or your logistics partners.
