Without flexibility, we could not do our job at all. Irregularities in quality do not ultimately appear with advance notice, but are suddenly there and have to be resolved, preferably immediately. That’s why we operate our own branches at the major OEM locations. This allows us to be on site as soon as possible and to assess how serious the “irregularity” really is and to develop a qualified procedure to solve it in close exchange with our customers.
And we don’t stop here either. Adjustments to the portfolio, training of our employees, further development of our digital tools – our home is quite turbulent!
We love technology and cars and have both worked for many years in the automotive industry and in quality assurance. We then implemented our own ideas in 2008 with the foundation of EuroQ. Since then, EuroQ has been growing rapidly and already has numerous locations and subsidiaries (EuroQ, Inc. and EuroQ Personal Solution GmbH) in Europe and the USA. This is a good sign for us and above all a confirmation of how well our Quality Centre of Excellence works in practice. The headquarters of the EuroQ Group are located in north-west Germany, in the seaport town Emden. Our numerous sites in Germany and the USA are in close proximity to the automotive manufacturers’ production plants. We also largely operate our own service and logistics areas for sorting and reworking, product filters and other quality services.
