1000+ m² of space for Product Filter (Warenfilter), component testing and reworking services
In Hannover-Langenhagen, we operate modern office facilities and a very well-equipped logistics area with special equipment and complete product filter (Warenfilter) technology for component testing, sorting and reworking. In addition, we carry out product filter, action management / retrofit and flash campaigns.
Product Filter (Warenfilter) at the Hannover site
The product filter (Warenfilter) is used to sort and rework purchased parts with the aim of reducing component testing and rework along the production lines and ensuring a continuous supply of parts. Our team is currently active in our EuroQ hall and, if required, at various locations of our customers and suppliers.
EuroQ is already implementing product filters for various customers at other locations. In order to operate these product filters successfully, we, as a quality service provider, bring with us extensive experience and a broad portfolio of skills and abilities for the inspection and rework of a wide range of components.
In addition, our well-connected supplier representatives and residents support a number of supplier companies and represent their interests at Volkswagen plants.
Action Management / Retrofit / Flashing
Our team in Hannover has also specialized in the action management / rework of electric vehicles and combustion engines and their commissioning. Both our operations manager Thomas Marinitsch and our foremen are very experienced in project management of all kinds of action management. With their team of specialists, they have already implemented numerous action management projects on HV vehicles and combustion engines. Please feel free to ask us for references.
Flashing vehicle software is also a service that is often requested as part of the action management process. Thanks to its ODIS approval and its own hardware, EuroQ Hannover can guarantee that software updates are carried out on finished vehicles and on control units that have not yet been installed.
Microscope-Inspections with Teams-video-option, mobile applicable
At EuroQ Hannover we have a special offer for our customers: Intensively trained EuroQ employees have been performing microscopic component inspections with highly specialized equipment for several years:
- Several stereo microscopes with 90x magnification including digital evaluation
- Tests with backlight underlays and microscopes with camera
- Video option for customers: they can access the enlargement live via Teams and directly evaluate cases of doubt or NOKs
- The microscope equipment can be mounted on workbenches for mobile use
