EuroQ branch Hannover operates in a prime location in the Hannover Mittelfeld district, close to the Deutsche Messe Hannover. With only a 30-45 min drive to the three surrounding Volkswagen plants in Hanover, Braunschweig and Salzgitter, we are quickly on site even in case of short-term needs.
At this location we operate modern office space and a very well-equipped logistics area with special equipment, including

• Color-coded surfaces and areas (OK/NOK) during the machining/testing process
• 3D printer for the creation of customized special test tools
• Several stereo microscopes
• ESD test stations according to DIN EN 61340-5-1

In addition to quality inspections and rework of all kinds, we carry out action management / retrofits and flash actions in Hannover. In addition, our well-connected supplier representatives and residents support some supplier companies and represent their interests in the Volkswagen plants.

Action Management / Retrofit / Flashing

Our team in Hannover has also specialized in action management / retrofit. Both our site manager Thomas Marinitsch and our foremen are very experienced in project management of all kinds of actions. With their team of specialists, they have already implemented numerous actions on HV vehicles and combustion engines.

The flashing of vehicle software has meanwhile also become a frequently requested service within the scope of action management. With ODIS authorization and its own hardware, EuroQ Hannover can guarantee software updates on finished vehicles and control units that have not yet been installed.

Microscope-Inspections with Teams-video-option, mobile applicable

At EuroQ Hannover we have a special offer for our customers: Intensively trained EuroQ employees have been performing microscopic component inspections with highly specialized equipment for several years:

• Several stereo microscopes with 90x magnification including digital evaluation
• Tests with backlight underlays and microscopes with camera
• Video option is also always available: Customers can access the magnification live via teams and evaluate NOKs directly
• The microscope equipment can be mounted on workbenches for mobile use
