Sorting and Rework – new approvals from German OEMs
EuroQ GmbH has again received approvals for Sorting and Rework in Germany from two of Germany’s major premium car manufacturers.
As an officially approved quality service provider, we support the supplier companies both on the OEMs’ factory premises and in our own service and logistics areas, which are located in the immediate vicinity of the factories.
A big thank you goes to our OEM customers for the trust they continue to place in us. On the one hand, it is a great recognition that we have delivered good work in recent years. On the other hand, it gives us the security to continue employing our staff at numerous locations. After Corona, semiconductor shortages and supply chain problems in the automotive industry, we are happy about this very positive development!
Our Services go beyond Sorting and Rework
Inspection, sorting and rework, also called control and rework, is a business that is difficult to plan. After all, who knows today whether serial defects or other irregularities in components will occur tomorrow? Suppliers can make use of our services if deviations in the quality of the components occur, if they need to be checked and, if necessary, reworked. Our experienced teams ensure on site that production continues to be supplied with IO parts and that there is no standstill of the production line.

From our many years of experience, we know that minor defects in component quality can develop into far-reaching and cost-intensive problems. To prevent this from happening, our supplier representatives take care of complaints management and communication with the OEM. They are optimally networked in the factories and ensure that problems are solved quickly.
Improving product and delivery quality
With the addition of an external quality service provider like EuroQ, suppliers can increase product and delivery quality for their customers. The aim is to reduce or completely avoid product recalls and complaints and to send only IO parts to the OEM. In addition to project-related orders, we also take on incoming and outgoing goods inspections as well as continuous spot checks. If suppliers have reached a certain error rate in the past, we also carry out permanent quality controls within the framework of a goods filter (Warenfilter) or Q-gate.
