EuroQ signs the Charta der Vielfalt

By signing the Charta der Vielfalt, we underline our commitment to an open and inclusive working culture. Equal opportunities and participation of all employees have always been a pillar of our company.

The Charta der Vielfalt is an initiative of German employers who share the goal of strengthening and developing diversity in the workplace. With our participation, we join a nationwide network of currently almost 5,000 companies and institutions.

Together, we want to create a working world in which all employees have a dignified perspective. Regardless of age, ethnicity & nationality, gender & identity, physical and mental abilities, religion & ideology, sexual orientation and social background.

EuroQ is colorful

At EuroQ people of different ages, with 20 different nationalities and even more cultures of origin work together. A colorful bunch who use their skills and abilities to solve the most diverse challenges of our international customers every day.

Diversity is more than a buzzword for us, it is a value that we continue to actively promote in our work environment. We believe that a diverse team offers a different perspective on challenges and solutions. We want our employees to be able to freely express their ideas, inspire each other, and learn from each other. By bringing together different perspectives, we become stronger and more agile as a company.

For us, signing the Charta der Vielfalt is not just a symbolic act, but a commitment to a better future for employees in our industry and society as a whole. Through a strong community, we can successfully meet the challenges of the future and create innovative solutions.

With our own EuroQ Work Culture & Human Rights Codex, we already gave this claim a binding form for all employees years ago. And we still have a lot of plans.
