EuroQ Hannover is based in Langenhagen, right next to Hannover Airport. The Volkswagen plant in Hannover (VW Commercial Vehicles) is 15 minutes away, whilst the industrial estates in Garbsen, Lehrte and Sehnde can be reached in 20 minutes. The Hannover region is one of the largest industrial centres in northern Germany, with a strong presence in vehicle manufacturing, mechanical engineering, plastics processing and logistics.
The team led by Operations Manager Thomas Marinitsch has inspected over 45 million components and reworked over 6 million components for customers in the automotive industry, plastics processing and other sectors.
Quality control and rework in Hannover
Across more than 1,000 square metres of service and logistics space in Langenhagen, EuroQ Hanover carries out quality control, sorting and rework. The facility is fully equipped for the ongoing operation of goods filters, containment measures and component testing.
If necessary, EuroQ Hannover sets up a goods screening process: incoming and outgoing inspections are carried out in a single pass before the goods are sent on to the production line. Short-notice containment measures in Hannover
When a quality issue escalates in the supply chain, every hour counts. EuroQ Hannover implements short-notice containment measures: processing of quarantined stock, 100% inspection and sorting of suspect parts, either directly at the customer’s premises or in our own facility in Langenhagen.

If components can be transported and there is no production line cycle time or sequence pressure, the facility in Langenhagen is the more efficient solution. Over 1,000 square metres of inspection space, ESD equipment, microscopes and storage space are immediately available, without the need for set-up work at the customer’s site.
Goods filters can be permanently set up at EuroQ Hannover: Incoming inspection, sorting and outgoing inspection are carried out in a single pass before the goods are forwarded to the customer.

If components cannot be transported, if there is sufficient space at the customer’s premises, or the inspection must take place close to the production line whilst production is running, the team will come to you. Containment measures, sequence checks and rework during the ramp-up phase are carried out directly at the production site.

Electric mobility, HV and ODIS flashing in Hannover
The Volkswagen plant in Hannover produces the ID. Buzz, ID. Buzz Cargo and Multivan. Series production of the fully autonomous ID. Buzz AD is set to begin there in 2027. EuroQ Hannover is well-equipped to handle this environment.
The team holds HV 1, HV 2 and HV 3 high-voltage qualifications. HV 3 specialists can de-energise electric vehicles and, where necessary, work on live circuits. In addition, they hold ODIS certification, with their own hardware for software updates on finished vehicles and control units not yet installed.

At its Langenhagen site, EuroQ carries out microscopic component inspections using its own specialist equipment. The equipment can be mounted on workbenches, making it suitable for mobile use.
