Quality services Eisenach: our own facility and regional on-site support
The EuroQ Eisenach location supports manufacturers and suppliers with quality inspection, sorting, rework and other operational quality services. Depending on the project, we work at our own facility in Eisenach or directly at your production or customer site.
Our new location on Eichrodter Weg provides approximately 400 square meters of dedicated shop floor space. Inspection stations, ESD equipment, specialized equipment for a wide range of inspection and rework projects and a permanently installed cleanroom (starting Dec. 26) allow us to handle numerous quality services directly in Eisenach.
The Eisenach team has inspected nearly 120 million components and reworked more than 20 million components to date. Much of this experience comes from demanding automotive projects.
Automotive expertise for a wide range of industries
EuroQ has its roots in the automotive industry, with extensive experience in demanding quality requirements, clearly defined inspection processes and time-critical assignments within active supply chains.
Today, we also provide many of these services across other manufacturing sectors. Visual inspection, sorting, rework, incoming and outgoing goods inspection, repacking and relabeling can all be applied to components and products beyond the automotive industry.
This allows EuroQ Eisenach to combine extensive automotive experience with operational quality services for a broad range of industrial applications.
We inspect components in accordance with VDA standards and OEM requirements, are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001, and, where necessary, adapt our standards to meet the requirements of other industries.
Quality inspection and rework in Eisenach
We handle inspection, sorting and rework projects both at our own Eisenach facility and directly at customer sites.

Quality firewall services at our Eisenach facility
When recurring quality issues affect an active supply chain, you can have us establish a quality firewall at our own facility in Eisenach.
We inspect and sort components before onward shipment and, when technically possible, rework them directly on site. Incoming and outgoing inspection can be combined into one coordinated process.
We can also provide related logistics services, including:
• repacking components and assemblies
• relabeling
• customer-specific packaging after inspection
• regional transportation between our Eisenach facility and customer sites
These services are not limited to the automotive industry. Manufacturers and suppliers from other manufacturing sectors can also use our Eisenach facility for combined inspection and logistics processes.
A quality firewall (aslo named product filter) can help stabilize your outgoing quality and reduce the risk of customer complaints, expedited transportation and disruptions further downstream in production.
Battery cells, battery modules and high-voltage services Eisenach
EuroQ has extensive experience with quality inspection and rework projects involving battery cells, battery modules and high-voltage systems. The Eisenach team has also handled numerous battery-related projects.
Our services include visual inspection, sorting, 100% inspection, repacking, relabeling, rework, OCV testing, ESD-compliant processes and digital documentation.
For work on electric and hybrid vehicles and high-voltage systems, we deploy appropriately qualified specialists based on the specific task and applicable customer or manufacturer requirements.
This allows EuroQ Eisenach to support both traditional automotive projects and projects across the battery and electromobility value chain.
Short-term support for urgent quality issues
When potentially defective components have already reached inventory, a customer site or an active production line, rapid action may be required.
EuroQ Eisenach supports manufacturers and suppliers with operational containment and inspection services, for example when a supplier reports a quality issue, an OEM or Tier 1 supplier rejects defective components or a production interruption is at risk.
Depending on the situation, we can work directly at your site or transfer the components to our Eisenach facility for inspection and rework.
Microscopic component inspection
For small defects or characteristics that are difficult to identify with the naked eye, EuroQ Eisenach has dedicated equipment for microscopic component inspection.
We use stereo microscopes with magnification of up to 90x, digital evaluation capabilities, camera-equipped microscopes and backlight inspection equipment. When needed, we can review borderline defects together with you through a live video connection.
Additional quality services Eisenach
In addition to inspection, sorting and rework projects at our facility, we support manufacturers and suppliers directly at production and customer sites.
Our services also include Resident Services, supplier support, Quality Engineering, launch and production support, retrofit and vehicle campaigns, vehicle rework, electrical troubleshooting, software updates and control unit flashing.
